Initial point of contact for subsidy clients. Extensive contact with clients to explain program policies, regulations and available resources over the telephone as well as walk in clients. Receive, screen and direct all subsidy incoming phone calls. Able to organize work and prioritize, must be flexible, multi-tasking capabilities, experience with serving clients/customer service, computer knowledgeable, needs to be dependable. Process subsidy mail including application & redeterminations.

BA/AA Degree preferred.  Must have Prior CCIS experience. Knowledgeable on the Title 55, Chapter 3041& 168 subsidized child care regulations, TANF/Food Stamp/Former TANF and TCA Regulations, performance standards, CCIS department policies and procedures. Car and valid driver’s license required Bi-lingual required.  Full Time 40 hrs/wk, 8:30AM-5:00PM.
