Volunteer Opportunities at CSC

Classroom Assistance

Love spending time with pre-school children in a structured setting? Volunteer in one of our Head Start or pre-K Counts classrooms located throughout the Lehigh Valley for one, two, or all five days a week. As classroom assistance, you will help the teacher with daily classroom activities.

College Observation

ALL individuals who are scheduled to participate in program services/activities must have the following:

• • A current mantoux TB test (price will be reimbursed)
  • A PA criminal background clearance (will accept clearance if it is dated within a year of date of starting a volunteer assignment)
  • PA child abuse clearance (will accept clearances if it is dated within a year of date of starting a volunteer assignment)
  • FBI Federal Criminal History Clearance (price will be reimbursed)
  • National Sex Offender Registry check
  • Participate in orientation, supervision and evaluation

General Office Assistance

Enjoy the office setting? We occasionally have bulk mailings, filing and shredding tasks that need to be completed.
