Responsible for the day-to-day operations of provider services that increase the number of participants in Child Care Works and Keystone STARS programs. Establish and maintain provider contracts, invoice processing, STARS participation and grant awards. Utilizes data management system in order to record all required information.  Monitor all time frames associated with early learning provider services and case file accuracy. Create weekly, monthly accountability reports. Work with CSC’s Finance department to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly payments to child care providers. Supervise staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in social work, early childhood education, or related field with three years’ experience in program leadership. Demonstrated competence in supervision, management and leadership. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a partnership approach with individuals with varying economic, educational and cultural backgrounds Ability to support technology by utilizing data management systems. Valid driver’s license and full time use of car.
