Handle logistics related to scheduling of training and professional development including reserving the training location, sending confirmation to participants, and preparing materials. Process and monitor end of class evaluations, training outcomes, and class materials. Maintain organized file of completed class evaluation  rosters. Use and maintain HR training software system to enter staff credentials and class information, notify participants of session, track and monitor staff participation, update and generate reports as needed.  Maintains responsibility for enrolling new hires into New Employee Orientation which includes following up with supervisor and participants. Assist with employee engagement activities and events and supports Human Resources Department as needed.

Associate’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Strong communication/ interpersonal/ organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Attention to detail. Car/driver’s license required.
