Maximize the individual developmental growth  of assigned children with special needs/disabilities and/or mental health concerns by providing direct intervention to children and support to staff and families.  Team with classroom staff, parents and other agencies to write and implement plans for each identified child.

Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in ECE with 3 years experience in preschool classroom required.  Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Car and valid driver’s license. 37.5hr/wk, 41wk/yr.
