seventh is afforded a quality start to their education.
Research shows that high‐quality early education is a vital component in putting children on a path to
becoming successful and thoughtful adults. Strong early education improves outcomes, including better high
school graduation rates and increased wages later in life. In addition, affordable early education allows
parents to re‐enter the workplace with the peace‐of‐mind that their children are in safe, high‐quality learning
environments.
