Community Services for Children welcomes Camie Modjadidi as the new Chairperson to its Board of Directors

Community Services for Children is honored to appoint Camie Modjadidi as the new Chairperson to its Board of Directors.

Modjadidi has been a standing member of our board since 2018 and has accepted the role of chairperson.  Modjadidi is a long-time educator with experience ranging from early childhood education through graduate school.  Camie is retired from Moravian College’s Education Department where she taught undergraduate and graduate courses, and placed pre-service teachers into field work positions for 25 years. Previously, she served various roles in Bethlehem Area School District, including, acting assistant principal at Donegan Elementary School, an instructional support teacher, an educational consultant and a special education teacher. Modjadidi is involved in a number of professional development and educational stewardship activities, she serves on the St. Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary and chairs multiple committees at Central Moravian Church.

Camie holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education from West Chester University and a master’s degree in elementary education from Lehigh University.
