CSC Hosts Annual Employee Celebration at SteelStacks

Community Services for Children (CSC) recently hosted its Annual Employee Celebration at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, bringing together over 400 employees in a joyous recognition of their unwavering commitment to supporting children and families across the region. The celebration recognized individual achievements while also strengthening the bonds within our community of passionate professionals.

Our organization aims to strengthen early childhood education and assist families facing hardship. This mission requires dedicated people to lead and sustain it, so the event celebrated several staff members by recognizing their milestone work anniversaries and years of committed service. Among those recognized was an employee who marked an incredible 35 years of service. These milestones exemplify the commitment and perseverance that CSC embodies.  

A highlight of the celebration was the announcement from representatives of the Blue Zones Project Allentown, designating CSC as a Blue Zones Approved Worksite. This accolade recognizes our organization’s efforts in promoting workplace wellness–a core aspect of maintaining a productive and healthy work environment. It aligns perfectly with our core values of employee appreciation and organizational excellence. 

Throughout the event, employees enjoyed a delicious lunch, engaging networking opportunities, and teambuilding activities. SteelStacks was filled with laughter and camaraderie as colleagues connected, shared experiences, participated in raffles, and reflected on the collective impact made on the communities served.
