The PreK Scholarship Organization (PKSO) is a designation awarded by DCED for the receipt and disbursement of funds allocated through the Educational Investment Tax Credit program (EITC). CSC was awarded this designation after application in the fall of 2011. In the 2014-15 school year, CSC used over $364,000 donated to its scholarship fund to provide high quality early education opportunities to 68 children. Parents seeking scholarships or assistance should first determine if they are eligible for Head Start then seek subsidies through the Child Care Information Service of Lehigh or Northampton county depending upon residence. If neither avenue is available, then contact CSC to ask about Pre-K Scholarship Organization funding, firstname.lastname@example.org or call 610-437-6000, x 2101.
