Conduct searches and identify new office or classroom space as needed for expansion of programming. Procures contracts for all facility and operational related business services that support the program and agency functions. Develops long range plan and implements a short term plan for preventative maintenance, renovations and improvements for agency. Ensures all leased and owned facilities comply with local zoning laws, regulations, program health and safety regulations including OSHA. Ensures a safe and secure working environment and conducts facility inspections. Oversees and manages Information Technology Services including contracting for provision of services, maintaining processes for record and data retention and security.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering with proven expertise in facilities and management, risk management, general operations, technology, and business services. Masters in related field preferred.  Ten years experience in senior leadership and management. Experience with business services, including facilities management/maintenance, contract development, procurement and negotiations. Demonstrated competence in program development, leadership, monitoring, and evaluation. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Car and valid driver’s license.
