Conduct searches and identify new properties to accommodate the regional ELRC’s and additional local expansion in the Lehigh Valley. Oversee the functioning of all building systems in agency owned properties including mechanical, electrical, fire safety, plumbing and HVAC. Manage contracts related to building services and information technologies. Oversee contractors involved in facility projects and delivery of services. Develop and implement a plan for preventative maintenance and renovation programs for buildings, grounds, mechanical and electrical, utility and safety and security systems. Ensure building operations comply with all local zoning laws and regulations, program health and safety regulations and OSHA. Continuously update safety, security and emergency preparedness plan, disaster plans. Manage the Information Technologies functions.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, building trades or related field. Ten years senior leadership experience. Demonstrated competence in program development, leadership, monitoring, and evaluation. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Car and valid driver’s license.
