Develop and oversee an Early Learning Resource intervention system to ensure families of young children and child care providers have access to high quality early learning opportunities across 16 counties within Northeast PA. Responsible to ensure service teams understand program performance standards, regulations, and policies in order to achieve all ELRC goals. Provide leadership in maintaining a One-Stop/ family friendly approach that meets all customers’ family resource & referrals and provider quality improvement programs. Provide strong accountability in maintaining electronic and written record keeping to ensure ELRC target goals and objectives are achieved. Oversee the Financial budget and expenses, ensuring program activities fall within strict budget guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, early education, public administration or related field. Ten years of program management and implementation experience. Demonstrated competence in program development, leadership, monitoring, and evaluation. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Advance tracking, reporting, and monitoring software skills. Car and valid driver’s license.
