Responsible for fiscal activities which effectively support the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC).  Review agreements, verify information to ensure the accuracy for all providers/vendors for all regions of the ELRC. Support the Assistant Director of Finance in the completion of on-time payment of all subsidy payments within the ELRC regions.  Perform general financial duties, utilizing accounting software.  Creates financial reports using Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs. Prepares purchase orders and ensure orders are placed. Perform other tasks assigned by Assistant Director of Finance.

Associates degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Experience with general accounting practices. Proficient in accounting software use. Communication skills/customer service experience a must. Knowledge of generally accepted financial practices, ability to follow federal/state regulations. Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel. Non-Profit experience preferred.
