Provides outreach, recruitment, enrollment, data entry, as well as family engagement support for the Pre-K Counts Programs within the context of the Agency’s mission, vision and values and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Completes data entry and word processing in other departmental required systems. Completes applications and enrollments, ensuring all required verifications of eligibility have been met to maintain a culture of compliance and cooperation. Engages in outreach activities to develop and nurture relationships with community groups, service providers, and agencies, including representing Pre-Counts at meetings, events, and fairs.
Minimum Associate’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field and/or Microsoft User Specialist Certification and 2 years experience in data entry and software systems; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Advanced computer knowledge, experience and proficiency. Car and valid driver’s license. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred. Full year position.
