Responsible for overseeing all child and family developmental  progress in HS/EHS. Responsible to develop quarterly outcome reports on child and family progress  towards school readiness indicators and program goals. Provide feedback to directors and managers on school readiness indicators and family growth. Develop and evaluate a comprehensive data management system for monitoring child progress programs. Analyze monthly monitoring reports to assure comprehensive assessment of program quality assurance and compliance with all standards. Participate in developing new agency grant applications as required. Manage and evaluate collaboration agreements ad various contracts to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Conduct individual supervisory conferences, training and annual performance appraisals for staff.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Ten years related experience. Five years’ experience in leadership and management. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership/managerial skills. Valid driver’s license and full time use of a vehicle. Strong analytical, organization, problem solving, and planning skills. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
