Job Information: | Responsible for managing CSC’s Benefit program including enrollment and open enrollment. Responsible to work with agency’s benefit broker on strategic issues related to cost reduction, plan structure, etc. Responsible for facilitation of the Wellness Committee. Will serve as the retirement plan secondary Administrator. Responsible to work with vendors to conduct compensation studies and analyze study results. Develop a formal recognition program for the agency. Responsible to manage the performance management program. Bachelors in Business or HR required. Master degree and PHR preferred. Seven to 10 years’ experience with Benefits and Compensation. Experience working with an Electronic Benefit Enrollment Platform. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Possess strong problem solving skills. High degree of Professionalism. Valid driver’s license and full time use of car.
