Responsible for overseeing implementation of Head Start Performance Standards in the Early Head Start home visitation program. Lead the implementation of high quality, responsive, services to infants and toddlers and their families. Support comprehensive service delivery in the areas of child development, health, parent engagement, program governance, social services, and family development in order to achieve successful outcomes and support school readiness, through training, monitoring, and planning. Provide strong leadership and facilitate training for staff, including individual and group coaching. Supervise program managers.

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Five years’ experience in Early Childhood Education and in supervising staff. Computer knowledge, skill and expertise. Knowledge of family systems, child development and human behavior. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership/managerial skills. Bi-lingual / Spanish preferred. Flexible work hours to meet program needs to include evenings and /or Saturdays. Car and valid driver’s license required.
