Given for the first time in 1996, Community Services for Children established the prestigious Donley Award to acknowledge service that has improved the quality of life for children at the local, state and/or national levels. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Donley, who exemplify the spirit of the award, were the first recipients. We honor their example by naming the award for them.
