CSC Introduces New Values
Community Services for Children is so grateful to all of our community partners, volunteers, donors, child care partners, school districts, health and human service providers for remaining constant in the pursuit of putting children and families first.
During the last year, Community Services for Children embarked on a new strategic plan. We began by examining our vision, mission and values. Our mission is still meaningful:
Prepare young children and their families to succeed in learning and in life through innovative, comprehensive, leading-edge services.
We considered what our world will look like when we achieve our mission and restated our vision:
Engaged communities where every child thrives and every family succeeds!
We examined our stated values which provide a foundation for who we are, and how we act. They unite our staff in a common understanding and approach. They ensure that everyone who interacts with CSC can rely on us to put their needs first, in a nonjudgmental, comprehensive, caring way. Our new values:

Inclusion – Embracing uniqueness of each person and advancing diverse voices, experiences and backgrounds by creating a true sense of belonging.
