Selecting Child Care
Selecting the right child care program is a very important and difficult decision. We can provide you with information and help answer questions. Ultimately you are the best judge of quality and fit.
CCIS of Lehigh County, TOT-INFO (610-868-4636) is a free, private phone service to help parents living in Lehigh County find appropriate child care services. Email tot-info@cscinc.org or call us at 1-800-528-7222 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm for help finding quality child care and to hear more applying for a subsidy to help pay for child care.
(Northampton County residents should contact Child Care Information Services of Northampton County at 610-419-4500 for assistance with finding child care.)
TOT-INFO staff are committed to helping families secure child care and assisting in your child's healthy development. We do not, however, guarantee the quality of care, the suitability of placement nor endorse any particular program.
TOT-INFO specialists are available to help you define your child's needs and provide you with referrals and information about selecting child care. We help parents review their need for financial assistance. This includes subsidized child care, sliding fees, multi-child discounts and tax benefits and credits.
