Develops, designs and implements systems for Family and Community Engagement across HS/EHS, including parent volunteers, parent workshops, and Parent Planned Activities, including key focus areas such as parenting, health, and transition. Leads implementation of services and activities to reach program objectives and outcomes in Family Engagement. Develops and manages new program delivery systems for HS/EHS around Family and Community Engagement. Coordinates communication, sorting, and distribution of annual donations to HS/EHS families.  Designs, implements and evaluates training and development activities for HS/EHS parent volunteers, including the development of the volunteer orientation and training plans.

BA Degree in Human Service field or equivalent required; Masters preferred; managerial experience preferred. Demonstrated competence in leadership and management, group process, and staff development. Knowledge of human behavior and development and family systems theory. Ability to use technology to support tracking, reporting, monitoring and management work. Strong analytical, organization, problem solving and planning skills. Ability to communicate and convey information effectively both in writing and speaking. Ability to communicate, organize, and maintain records, and use technology. Valid driver’s license and full time use of car. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
