Job Information:

Oversee the Financial Strategy for the agency and is responsible for seven department employees. Responsible for planning and forecasting all financial budgets and maintain oversight with local, state, and federal funding reporting requirements. Develop policies and operating procedures base on government statues, regulations and transmittal notices and analyze cost controls and expenses.  Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business administration and/or CPA preferred. 10 years in non-profit or government accounting with senior leadership experience. Thorough knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and OMB Circulars related to non-profit accounting. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with Strong analytical problem solving skills.
