Provide services to enhance the quality of childcare centers in the NE Region of PA.  Coach practitioners to succeed in Keystone STARS Quality Initiative program. Provide assistance to practitioners interested in applying for a grant or award. Conduct on-site program visits to ensure Keystone STARS program, grant and award compliance.

Bachelors in Education (ECE Preferred) or related field with a minimum of 30 ECE credits. Experience as a Child Care Director.  Three days travel in Northeast, PA and work from home option.  Will need to obtain Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System Instructor (PQAS) certificate.  Car and valid driver’s license.  Some evenings and weekends required.
