Maintain oversight on program data, tracking, and record-keeping systems.  Develop techniques to streamline record-keeping, tracking and monitoring systems.  Responsible to ensure data management systems are being used appropriate. Conduct quality control assessment to ensure data systems are operational.  Assign, monitor and supervise daily work of Enrollment staff and ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and requirements for Head Start, Early Head Start and Pre-K Counts.  Develop and lead implementation of the Enrollment work plan to ensure full enrollment is reached and maintained.  Develop relationships with local communities, agencies, and service providers to broaden program awareness

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services or related field with two years related experience.  Advanced computer knowledge with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.   One year previous supervisory experience.   Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership/managerial skills.  Flexible work hours to meet program needs to include evenings and /or Saturdays.  Car and valid driver’s license required. Full Time, 52 Weeks/yr.
