Provide support to programs becoming certified and enrolling in Keystone STARS and implement recruitment activities for non-STAR designated programs of various types. Provide technical assistance and professional development to programs beginning in Keystone STARS.

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in ECE. Bachelor’s degree in ECE preferred. Strong understanding of child care regulations, Keystone STARS and support services offered through the NE Regional key. Microsoft software system and data entry experience required. Strong communication/ organizational skills. Car and valid driver’s license required for traveling to facilities in the region.
