Solve routine electrical, plumbing, and heating problems. Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, pictures, and assembling furniture.  Change light bulbs and ballasts, replacing fixtures, and minor electrical tasks. Maintain all inventory of all items entered and removed from storage areas. Ensuring buildings are organized, cleaned, and safely maintained. Assisting with snow removal as needed.

High School diploma or GED is required. Minimum of two years maintenance experience. Able to read simple instructions and follow simple diagrams. Valid driver’s license and full time use of vehicle. Ability to be flexible with day-to-day responsibilities as needs arise.
