Provide support services to enhance the quality of childcare centers in the NE region of PA. Coach practitioners to successfully participate in Keystone STARS Quality Initiative Program. Conduct on-site visits to ensure Keystone STARS programs are meeting Keystone STARS Standards.

Bachelors in Education (ECE preferred) or related field with minimum of 30 ECE credits. Experience as a Child Care Director preferred. Work from home office and travel within Lackawanna, Wayne and Pike counties throughout week, travel to Allentown office minimum two (2) days a month. Will need to obtain Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System Instructor Certificate (PQAS) and Technical Assistance PQAS during first 90 days of employment. Car and valid driver’s license required.  Some evenings and Saturday work necessary throughout the year.
