The Finance Manager provides general accounting support to CSC business lines including preschool and early learning related programming in accordance with CSC’s mission, vision and values and in accordance with all regulations. This position is responsible for recording daily cash transactions, and monthly grant service invoicing. This position has primary responsibility in managing the finances of the federal nutrition program (CACFP) and CSC’s payroll function on an ongoing basis. The Finance Manager will provide assistance in the budgeting process for preschool programs. The Finance Manager reports directly to the Director of Finance and Budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in accounting, not-for-profit,
3. Experience with budgeting and cost
4. Ability to utilize computer technology for job tasks, experience with Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
5. Ability to utilize computer technology for job services.
