Manages and implements Family Engagement services and systems, including areas such as health, enrollment, transition, adult education and governance. Leads implementation of services and activities to reach program objectives and outcomes. Develops and manages new program delivery systems for Family Engagement. Conducts individual supervisory conferences, staff meetings, training sessions, and annual performance appraisals with Family Engagement Partners. Utilizes ongoing monitoring to collect and analyze meaningful data around family engagement services and activities to meet program goals and improve overall outcomes. Oversee completion and submission of monthly reports and submit accurate end of month reports that support outcomes, indicators, and service plans to supervisor within the designated time frame.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field or equivalent, and a minimum of two years supervisory/managerial experience. Masters Degree preferred. Demonstrated competence in leadership and management, group process, supervision, and staff development. Knowledge of human behavior and development and family systems theory. Ability to use technology to support tracking, reporting, monitoring and management work. Strong analytical, organization, problem solving and planning skills. Ability to communicate and convey information effectively both in writing and speaking. Valid driver’s license and full time use of car. Ability to flex work hours to meet program needs, including being able to work 1-3 evenings per week and occasional Saturdays. 46 weeks per year. Bilingual English/Spanish (speak/read/write) preferred.
