Maintain and order all Early Head Start materials, resources and inventory.  Assist with site and classroom set up. Complete Health and Safety Checklist of classroom and group sites. Work with site sponsors and facilities managers concerning any site issues, ongoing maintenance and repairs. Observe and assess classroom environment against appropriate standards, Early Head Start, NAEYC, Middle States and ITERS. Track completion of monthly report data and statistics including inventory and replacement of materials, ongoing site inspections and outcomes. Provide clerical and data support.

Minimum CDA, Associates in Early Childhood Education preferred.  Three years classroom experience with Infants and Toddlers. Ability to communicate, organize and maintain records and use technology. Ability to lift, carry 50lbs to assist children and to ascend and descend stairs.  Valid Driver’s License and full time use of car. Ability to flex hours to meet the needs of the program. Ability to receive and respond to agency telephone contacts in a timely manner. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
