Management of infant/toddler center. Implement individualized quality care to infants and toddlers meeting the Head Start Program Standards, NAEYC Accreditation Standards and PA Learning Standards for Early Childhood. Ensure the use of Early Head Start educational philosophy, approach and curriculum. Manage and develop staff to maintain the highest quality infant/toddler programming and learning environments based on cutting edge research and best practice for children and their families. Coordination of services across community agencies by initiating and facilitating cross functional team meetings. Maintain systems, documentation, ongoing data collection, reporting and analysis of programming, environment and staff ensuring a commitment to excellence.

Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. PA ECE Certification is a plus.  Experience working with infants and toddlers in an early education setting a plus. Experience and demonstrated competence in management and supervision of staff. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to flex work hours to meet program needs. Car and valid driver’s license.
