Lead, manage and develop programs, program budgets, program management systems, and management staff to assure full compliance with standards and regulations.  Design analyze  and report on child and family outcomes and ensure consistency of the Agency’s mission, objectives and philosophy for center based Early Education in order to achieve school readiness goals for preschool children and their families. Develop, administer and monitor budgets for Early Education services and initiatives. Oversees education staff members within classrooms and directly supervises early education management staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education; Master’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of current educational theory and best practices in Early Childhood Education. Five years experience in Early Childhood Education. Ability to use technology for tracking, reporting, and monitoring systems. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with strong analytical problem solving skills. Demonstrated competence in leadership, management, staff development, and supervision.  Car and valid driver’s license.
