Community Services for Children, Inc. is seeking an individual with at least 10 years of nonprofit accounting experience, strong leadership and communication skills. We are seeking a Controller who is detail oriented to manage the accounting operations of the agency. Responsibilities include: financial reporting, maintenance of a comprehensive set of internal controls, preparation of audit and bank reconciliations, budget management and oversight of contracts, payables, receivables, and debt.

Qualified candidates should possess a successful track record in a leadership position, strong knowledge of fund accounting and OMB A-133, strong oral and written communication skills. Bachelors in Accounting, CPA and Masters Degree preferred. Outstanding benefits.
