Manage caseload for Subsidized Child Care Program of Lehigh County – determine initial/ continued eligibility for client seeking subsidized child care assistance. Conduct face-to-face interviews to gather, verify and evaluate financial and non financial information. Contact with clients in person and by telephone to explain program policies, regulations and available resources. Perform work within the limits of established OCDEL regulations and performance standards. Maintain confidentiality of case files and conduct data entry.

BA/AA Degree preferred.  Reliable person with professional work ethic.  Strong communication/interpersonal/ organizational skills.  Customer service and computer experience required.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.  Car/driver’s license required. Work hours 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday.
