- how to determine the quality of a program,
- where to find care to meet their days and hours of coverage needs,
- which providers might be able to meet their special needs, and
- additional information about the types of child care settings.
Callers needing assistance to pay for child care can also receive eligibility information and referral to the subsidy program administered by CSC.
Resources and Information
In addition, CSC can assist employers with the following:
- Explain the various types of child care options available for businesses and their employees;
- Connect businesses with organizations that can help assess their child care needs;
- Refer businesses to organizations that can develop and implement individualized employee-
- Provide resource materials.
