PPL Exec Joins CSC Board

Christopher Cardenas, MBA, Vice-President, Customer Services at PPL recently joined the Board of Directors of Community Services for Children. Cardenas joined PPL over a year ago and oversees the customer facing functions and processes for regulatory programs, energy efficiency, contact centers, revenue operations, field resources, customer experience, customer service operations, work force management and resource planning with an O&M budget of 100M. He previously worked for Time Warner Cable Business Class in Charlotte, NE also as the Vice President of Customer Service Operations.

Cardenas earned his MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, MO and holds a BS in Finance & Management from Texas Lutheran University. He is an Executive Sponsor of LEAD (Latino Employee Alliance for Diversity) and Member of NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs). Cardenas also serves as a committee member with AEIC (Association of Edison Illuminating Companies) as a Customer Service Committee member and sits on the Customer Experience Sub-Committee. When not involved with LEAD, NSHMBA or AEIC, Christopher volunteers with the Time Warner Cable’s connect a million minds S.T.E.M program.
